One Madison Avenue’s new design includes a fully glazed section of the podium’s west facade, marking the building’s Madison Avenue entrance and providing visual separation from the clock tower. The original Alabama limestone facade was restored, and outdated windows were replaced with high-performance glazed curtain walls, featuring 9-foot clear window openings.
