Designed to seamlessly integrate and connect pedestrians to all three stadiums, the development by Cordish and Rangers transformed former surface parking into dining, music and entertainment venues, hotels and amenity spaces, an upscale residential community, multiple outdoor special event and concert venues; a public plaza at the front door of Globe Life Field, and outdoor green spaces with public art. Prior to Cordish’s involvement, the city’s vision for world-class, mixed-use development surrounding the stadiums remained unfulfilled for decades. Since 2015, the Arlington Entertainment District has grown from two major sport stadiums surrounded by surface parking lots into a dynamic mixed-use destination for sports, entertainment, hospitality, dining, music, art, culture, living, and working.
