The apartment’s private balconies and patios will engage with pedestrians and the street to create vitality and offer views of the surrounding neighborhood and on-site courtyard. The total 2.7-acre site includes 107 surface parking spaces on-site, plus an additional eight new parallel spaces proposed on Arden Way. The east building (67 units) includes a range of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and the west building (53 units) will include a range of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments.
