Broome Street Development, a mixed-use, mixed-income and multigenerational development, was meticulously planned to serve the present and future needs of New York City’s population and integral community organizations, with its design seamlessly integrating into the existing style of the Lower East Side. Located on the 7th floor, the residential amenity deck provides residents with a comfortable space conducive to remote work, offering tables with plenty of charging outlets, conference rooms for multi-person meetings and soundproof phone booths for privacy. On track for completion in Q1 2025, the Beth Hamedrash Hagodol synagogue will receive its brand new, 4,000-square-foot congregation and cultural heritage center after suffering a tragic fire in 2017. The recreated footprint of the historic synagogue building will envelope BHH’s garden space and will be available for the public use of students, Lower East Side residents, and the BHH Congregation.
