The project is located on Chatham Street, in the heart of Downtown Cary,. This area is described as Cary’s “Main Street” and its main commercial corridor in downtown

The Williams House building was acquired in 2016 and relocated ~ 2 blocks west to the project site.

At the time the initial planning began for the project, the Phillips House was located on 1 parcel fronting Chatham Street, with the remainder of the site vacant.
