The Overlook at St. Gabriel's is comprised of a reconstructed monastery, Landmark, an amenity center of epic proportions reconstructed from St. Gabriel's Church, Maker Hall, and 3 newly crafted residential buildings.

Maker Hall is the adaptive re-use of the original St. Gabriel's Church as a stunning amenity center of epic proportions. Inside residents enjoy gathering and seating areas, recreation areas, a community kitchen, private conference rooms, and a state-of-the-art fitness center and separate fitness studio.

The original monastery, now named Landmark, was transformed into apartment units with a large, stunning communal gathering area outfitted with the retained stained glass windows, and beautiful wood paneling.
