The ambitious project integrated a once underutilized block back into the historic downtown fabric with a LEED Gold certified, mixed-use, place-specific, desirable destination.

The hotel, retail, and residences conceal the shared garage to afford minimal disruption to the historic streetscape, resulting in four activated street elevations.

Reclaiming the peripheral urban fabric of the historic district, the project activates the natural river edge and strengthens the vitality of Franklin’s Public Square and Main Street.
