Echo Valley is located in West Warwick, a town in Kent County Rhode Island with a population of approximately 30,000 people. It is the youngest town in the state and according to the 2020 census, the area median income for a household in the town at just $39,000 with roughly 9.2% of families and 11.2% of the population below the poverty line, including 17.9% of those under age 18 and 11.0% of those age 65 or over.
