This ambitious vertical city is located on the site of the original Boston Garden. A key aspect to Phase 1 of construction was the creation of Champions Row also referred to as the Retail Podium. This steel and glass structure pays homage to the original Boston Garden with patterned granite, and brass inlays to recreate the floor markings of the original arena. This new grand entryway is enjoyed by TD Garden’s 3.5 million annual visitors as well as the 18,000 daily commuters and 450,000 annual Amtrak riders. Image Credit: Anton Grassl

Innovation can be seen in all areas of The Hub including the entrance to the 100 Causeway Office Tower. The elevator bank features a rotating gallery and the fiber optic ceiling spotlights individuals as they pass through. Via a tenant engagement app, office associates and their guests can use their smartphones for building access, to request building services, and order food delivery from onsite restaurants and eateries. Opening in 2019, Banner’s Kitchen and Tap is best known for its 40’ large Dream Screen, making it one of the top sports bars in Boston. In 2021 it was joined by the connected food hall dubbed Hub Hall. The 17 concepts from well known Boston chefs range from Tacos and BBQ to Oysters and Lobster Rolls and are complemented by the sit-down restaurant, Momosan by Chef Morimoto. The 1,200 seat venue has already hosted events by well known artist such as Snoop Dog, Steve Aoki and Erykah Badu.
